How to Join the Waitlist

Want to book an appointment on a specific day but your stylist's books are full? No sweat, we've got you! Follow the steps and the video below to add yourself to a waitlist.

STEP 1) Head over to the "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT" tab at the top of the page


STEP 2) Follow the prompt of the popup and click the blue button "Continue"


STEP 3) You will be redirected to a new tab with our list of services. Choose a service and click "Continue" at the bottom of the page


STEP 4) If you are wanting to book an appointment for a day that is full click on the day and click "Join Wait List" to your preferred stylist


STEP 5) Create a Resurva account and check your email for the confirmation link. If you already have one, sign in to confirm your Wait List request.


STEP 6) Once signed in, click "Join Wait List" again and select a time frame that works for you. You will be alerted when an opening is available during your selected time frame. Click "Join Wait List" when you're done.


STEP 7) A popup will show up on your screen to confirm how you'd like to be notified of the opening. Email is our primary way of notifying you but if you don't check your emails frequesntly turn on SMS notifications and you will be notified via text.


And VOILA! You've joined the waitlist. If those times no longer work for you, click on the red "Leave Wait List" button.
