Canada Post Strike
We are temporarily shipping with UPS due to the Canada Post strike to ensure delivery service. Our shipping rates will remain the same. We will resume shipping with Canada Post when the strike is over. We're very sorry for any inconvenience!
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
In order to receive your order by December 24th, please note the holiday shipping guidelines below*:
- Local Delivery in Toronto: Order by Sunday, December 22nd
- Express Shipping in Ontario: Order by Thursday, December 19th
- Express Shipping for Rest of Canada: Order by Tuesday, December 17th
- Standard Shipping in Ontario: Order by Tuesday, December 13th
- Standard Shipping for Rest of Canada: Order by Monday, December 10th
- Standard Shipping to the USA: Order by Monday, December 10th
Local Delivery
We offer a $5 flat rate for delivery for addresses within the GTA (minimum spend $20). Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 6pm in order to receive them by Thursday. If your order is placed after 6pm it will be delivered the following week. Our courier delivers on Thursdays between 1-9pm. You will be emailed with a 3h time window when your package is on route.
Local delivery is only available for items in our Toronto location. If your item is out of stock in Toronto, you will not see the $5 local delivery option, and your order will have Standard Shipping rates apply.
Standard Shipping
We use Canada Post to ship all of our orders outside of the GTA. Please allow 3-9 business days for the arrival of your order (shipping time is not guaranteed.While we try our best to ship all orders on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), orders may take slightly longer to process when there is a site-wide sale or promotion. We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.
