Returns + Exchanges


We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re always happy to help!

  • Exchange or store credit are available within 14 days of receiving your order on unopened and unused productsWe do not offer refunds.
  • Returns and exchanges will require the buyer to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you're exchanging for a new item, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs the item you’re returning, and the shipping costs for the new item.
  • Items in the sale section are FINAL SALE.

If your item arrived damaged, please email us at info@twentyseventoronto.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll be more than happy to help facilitate a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, click the link below to login to your customer account. 

From there, navigate to the order that contains the item(s) you'd like to return or change, and click the "Request return" button above your order summary. 

Check off the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason(s) why, and click the "Request return" button to complete.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email from us. From there, please carefully pack up your return, and ship to the address below:

Once your return is received, we will either:

  • Issue a store credit to your customer account, for the value of the item being returned, not including any initial shipping costs
  • Process your exchange, including issuing a shipping invoice for the new item, and/or price difference between items


Holiday Extended Return Policy

Orders placed between November 15, 2025 and January 1st, 2026 have until January 15th, 2026 for exchange or store credit. Returned items must be received by January 15, 2026 in order to be eligible.

If you are unable to process your extended return through our self-serve portal link above, please reach out to us at info@twentyseventoronto.com for us to process on your behalf.


Sale + Promotion Policy

Items purchased during a sale at regular price, not from the Sale section, follow our usual return policy of of 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

Items purchased as apart of a bundle or set also follow our regular return policy for 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

Gifts with purchase are available while supplies last and are not eligible for a return or exchange.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time, ahead of being shipped or prepared for pick up. We are unable to cancel online orders for Shipping where a shipping label has already been created.

If you wish to cancel your order once it has been prepared for Pick Up, and you've already received a pick up confirmation, cancellations will be issued as a store credit rather than a refund with a restocking fee deducted, as staff time and resources have already been allocated to your order.
