**During the Canada Post Strike, all orders will be shipped with UPS**

We use Canada Post or UPS to ship all of our orders in the GTA. Please allow 3-9 business days for the arrival of your order, though shipping time is not guaranteed. While we try our best to ship all orders on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), orders may take slightly longer to process when there is a site-wide sale or promotion. We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

Recent changes to de minimis regulations have temporarily affected our ability to ship to the US. While we work on solutions to ensure the best possible experience for our American customers, US shipping is currently unavailable. Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

In-Store Pick Up Policy

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as your order is ready.
  • Pick Up Window: Items must be collected within 30 days of the initial notification.
  • Reminders: Automated notifications will be sent to your email weekly if an order remains uncollected after 7 days.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: If an order is not collected by Day 30, it will be automatically cancelled and restocked, with a $10 restocking fee, and the balance issued to a Store Credit.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time, ahead of being shipped or prepared for pick up. We are unable to cancel online orders for Shipping where a shipping label has already been created.
If you wish to cancel your order once it has been prepared for Pick Up, and you've already received a pick up confirmation, cancellations will be issued as a store credit rather than a refund with a $10 restocking fee deducted, as staff time and resources have already been allocated to your order.
