Yamabiko's first coffee release for this winter. As the name suggests this coffee is like golden rays of sunshine in the middle of the winter day.
This coffee is grown on Ken Bon farm in Shekiso, a district within Ethiopia’s Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNP).
You can expect expressive fruit flavours upfront, with a medium body that coats the tongue, and a lingering sweet finish. The perfect coffee for the colder months.
In the cup we are getting notes of stewed strawberries and blueberry, hints of watermelon, grapes, cider and brown sugar.
Approaching the profile as an omni roast, it will work perfect on all filter methods, and will shine as a fruit forward espresso.
