WHY IS IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE OIL OUT OF THE TUBE?
Goē Oil is a semisolid oil. If it is difficult to push the oil out of the cap, soften the tube by rolling it in your palms, then push the product out from the back of the tube by moving it forward towards the cap, from back seal forward (like toothpaste).

MY GOĒ OIL SAMPLE IS A CLEAR WHITE COLOUR BUT THE OIL IN THE TUBE IS YELLOW. HAS IT HAS EXPIRED AND/OR IS IT NOT GOOD?

Batches of Goē Oil come in varying colours. This is because no colorants are used, and the product contains 28 natural oils and butters from plants. Because of variations in crops each growing season, there are often colour differences in the oils. No two batches are ever quite the same..

WHY DOES MY GOĒ OIL SMELL DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE?
Jao use essential oils, so you might notice a slight fragrance variation from batch to batch. This is because the essential oils are made from plants and each growing season there are changes due to weather, moisture and sun.

IS GOĒ OIL OKAY TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?
Goē Oil has a large percentage of Jojoba oil in it which is the closest naturally occurring wax to mimic our skin’s sebum. While it soothes and calms dry skin, we have also had many women tell us how wonderfully well it works on their stretching belly’s during pregnancy. However, we always advise every pregnant mother to check with their OBGYN first.

WHY IS MY GOĒ OIL TOO THIN OR SEPARATING?
This happens when it is exposed to varying temperature swings. You can make your Goē Oil go back to its thicker consistency by following these quick steps:

1) Heat a pan of water to 120F/48C.
2) Tightly cap the tube and place in the water for about 5 mins.
3) Carefully remove from water with tongs and slowly shake to hear if it is liquid inside.
4) Caution: tube will be hot. Do not touch with bare hands.
5) Lay tube flat to cool or put in the fridge for a few minutes.
It will harden right up to its thicker consistency.
