Covid-19 Prevention & FAQ
New Guidelines and Protocols
Virtual Client check-in. Please stay in your car/outside until you recieve a text or e-mail letting you know we are sanitized and ready for you. The doors will be locked at all times.
Contact-less greetings. No hugs or handshakes ( for now!)
Virtual self-assesments. To ensure you are aren't presenting any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that has tested Covid-19 positive you will receive your reminder email with your waiver attached.
Clients only. No extra friends or family to accompany you to your appointment.
No walk-ins. Please call from outside to inquire. Clients picking up retail orders must call for curb-side pick-up.
Sanitize upon arrival. We will provide hand sanitizer and/or direct you to a hand washing station.
Masks at all times. Guests are required to bring their own ear loop mask. Stylists must wear masks or shields when working directly with clients.
Clean hair, please arrive to your haircut appointment with clean hair as we are avoiding blowdrying and washing as much as possible.
Complimentary beverages will be paused for now please bring your own reusable water bottle.
Card Payment Preferred, and as always receipts will be sent electronically.
Stylist stations will be 6ft apart to maintain social distancing.
Limited access retail area. We will be happy to help you stock up on your favourites and/or try something new. Please refrain from touching the Display
Strict disinfection and sanitation measures will be carried out throughout the day.
Accessible hand sanitizer and/or hand washing stations will be available for our clients and stylists.
We have received full training on disinfection protocol and proper use of PPE.
Barbicide Certified. Every stylist will have completed additional training and received the certification.
As always tools and products will be disinfected between clients.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don't need my hair done, I just need some help picking a product that is right for my hair?
You can always e-mail us any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org, use the chat button at the bottom right hand corner, leave your email as its a real person responding and if we are doing hair we will get back to you ASAP or if you would like to come in and talk in real life you can schedule a 15 minute shopping appointment online.
How do I pick up my online order? When you arrive at our door please call us to let us know you have arrived. We will place your order on the front step for you to keep zero contact.
Where does all of the PPE go? The PPE waste will be used to create clean renewable energy that powers our homes. The leftover ash can be used as filler in asphalt and various construction items, like brick.
How do I book an appointment? You can book our newest stylist Kristen online using the booking app. Olivia Colacci by filling out the online request form and Helen Kenny's books will be live on the app mid July.
What products are you using to sanitize your tools? We have a variety of cleaning products for different tools and surfaces.
